Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return an item. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. Our return policy:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, please send a request via e-mail with the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the returned item. Returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Note: Clearance or Sale Items are final; we do not accept returns or replacement requests on clearance or sale items.
Neck Gators & Masks are non-returnable/refundable due to the nature of the product.
We will notify you when a refund has processed. Once a return has been received at our shipping point, it will take seven to ten business days to receive your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will provide you with shipping instructions.
